Nathan Mckenzie is an inspirational chef with over 20 years experience.

​His journey has involved lead roles at establishments such as EURO and Jervois Steak House, menu design and development for My Food Bag and overseeing several sites for a large Auckland hospitality group.

Nathan’s approach is a more thoughtful cuisine where everything we use is weighed against the environmental costs.

Nathan partners with independent and artisan NZ growers & producers as much as possible and continually works to incorporate more sustainable, ethical and hand-made products to showcase the best of Aotearoa into our menus.
