Nathan Mckenzie is an inspirational chef with over 20 years experience.
His journey has involved lead roles at establishments such as EURO and Jervois Steak House, menu design and development for My Food Bag and overseeing several sites for a large Auckland hospitality group.
Nathan’s approach is a more thoughtful cuisine where everything we use is weighed against the environmental costs.
Nathan partners with independent and artisan NZ growers & producers as much as possible and continually works to incorporate more sustainable, ethical and hand-made products to showcase the best of Aotearoa into our menus.
