Offering effortless style surrounded by mother nature, a ridiculously central location that feels another world away, and a passionate catering and events team, Ōrākei Bay provides the perfect space for celebrations ranging from intimate gatherings, to festivities for up to 160 people.
Our professional events team brings innovation, versatility, and seamless planning and delivery to every event, meaning once you’ve given us your brief, we’ll take care of the rest. Dream wedding? Christmas do? Product launch? Grandma’s special birthday? We have the package for you.

The Gallery:
This grand space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Ōrākei Bay lagoon is perfect for your event and dancing the night away. This large, versatile space can also be made into separate spaces, to suit your needs.
Waterside Garden:
The Garden is both an urban sanctuary and a beautiful outdoor event space. It is a beautiful blank canvas which can be easily transformed to suit your creative vision.
The Loft:
Flooded with natural light through large arched windows, the loft is a romantic space for weddings and intimate ceremonies, aswell as the perfect canvas for product launches, workshops and seminars.
Waterside Garden Bar:
Previously known as ‘Frame Bar’, is the perfect setting for cocktails and canapes, where guests can relax and mingle. This versatile space also transforms into a lively dance floor and also leads down to the Waterside Garden.
Unrivalled convenience
Ōrākei Bay’s stunning water views are minutes from central Auckland (seven by car and 10 by train) and with onsite parking available as well, we’ve got you and your guests covered from the moment of arrival. The Ōrākei train and bus stations are also just a two minute walk away.
We can tailor packages to suit your event, which means anything is possible. We are also taking last-minute bookings for Christmas functions and the 25/26 wedding season.
