I'm Martin, I'm hugely passionate about all aspects of hospitality and love dealing with our wide range of clients on a daily basis. Orakei Bay is one of our signature venues located in the premium waterfront location in Auckland. I'm proud to be working with a superb team to deliver our vast range of events and services. I have over 19 years of experience in event catering and hospitality, including ten years in London at private event catering, and more recently in New Zealand.

 

PAUL DOYLE 


Executive Head Chef

I'm Paul, I was born in Dublin Ireland and I have been cooking all over the world for the past 25 years and I am happy to be back in New Zealand to which I call home. I am chef who is passionate and loves what he does . Collective and the Orakei Bay team is creative, fun and focuses on quality which is a perfect match for me. It has unique venues which have their own special feel and atmosphere. I'm proud to be working with a superb team to deliver our vast range of events and services.

 

 

 

NATALIE JORDAAN


Account Manager

I’m Natalie, I am passionate about events and committed to working in partnership with each of our clients to provide professional and successful event management services. Being part of the magic when an event comes together and the client is blown away is a special kind of reward and then aiming to top that at the next event is what motivates me. I’m proud to be part of the Collective family and to work with such an amazing team of professionals.

 

 

RALPH INGRAM 


Operations Manager

I'm Ralph, I am part of our Operations Team with a culinary and bar background. You will find me managing the majority of our events at Orakei Bay. I originally started my career as a Chef before making the change to event catering 5 years ago, and I really enjoy the challenge and diverse range of events we deliver. In my spare time I love entertaining, cooking and getting my hands dirty working on my car or motorcycle.
